Question by Elias: How do you change your residency to Florida?
My current state of residency is California. Right now I am an Active Duty Service Member stationed in Colorado Springs. My father lives in Florida, and I would like to change my residency to his current household. I plan on living in Florida with my father after I get out of school. I do not have a California Driver's License, but I plan on getting a Florida License if I can change my residency. So how do I go
