I've found that I'm going to need to take a week vacation in January (or February) to escape at least one of the yearly coldsnaps that plague Minnesota. I'll be watching the weather forecast, and basically giving my employer 2-3 days notice (which they're fine with), and leaving for a week or less. Now, what concerns me is the lack of notice for the airline/s. I
